Dear Daniel, May you find peace in that beautiful place Heaven.  You are now a beautiful angel surrounded by many more angels.  Watch over your family and try to give them signs that you are with them.  May your family find strength everyday to move on, I lost my mom , I also have an 11 yr old whom thanks to your mom and other angel moms informing us of this dangerous (game).  I cant imagine the pain that she is enduring at this time.  I do know that this website and the people on here will bring much comfort. God bless your family and may you  have tons of fun with all the other angels.

Dear Daniel, there's not a day that does'nt go by that I don't think of you. I miss you more every day. I think mabe it's that reality has set in. I look at that picture of you & Alex with his arm around you from his birthday party and I cry happy tears because he was just so happy you were there with him. He looked up to you, he loved you. That picture says a thousand words!!! I wish Lexi would share her feelings, but she keeps everything bottled up inside. She does'nt even want to talk about it. But I know how much she really misses you. She can still talk to you in her dreams. You are our Angel! I love you always!

Dear Family of Daniel-
I am so very saddened by your loss of Daniel. We just lost our Kyle a few months ago to the Choking Game also.This was something we had never heard of and is a senseless loss of beautiful lives. We will pray for all of you and know we share your saddness. It is a pain we will have forever. We are in the process of creating pamphlets for education and had a benefit in December to raise funds for this. We wish we could tell the world all at once about this awful game, but it just doesn't work that way but we are trying. Please know your family is in our prayers and these beautiful children are together in a beautiful place. Bless you all-

You are doing a great job by bringing awareness of this fatal activity. I remember doing it myself at his age. A lot of children do it at birthday parties and slumber parties when parents are asleep. I can say from experience that none of the children fully understand the consequences of it. When you are that age and everyone else is doing it and not getting hurt, you believe you are safe. The best method of prevention is to educate children about the risks involved and you are doing that and I thank you for it. God bless you. Close

I feel that you have pulled strength that you didn't even know you had as you are going through the hardest and saddest time in your life.  I am so proud of you.  Even though you feel so weak, you are so strong.  You have made parents aware of something, that many of us were clueless about.    Thank you for your concern for all the other children in this world.
Remember, Daniel sees this.  I only met Daniel a few times.  Daniel made you feel like he had known you for years. My daughter's and their friends say he was the nicest boy they had ever met. Melanie was ready to marry him after a few hours. I just want you to know that my family and I are very sad for you and your family.  We are here anytime you need us.  We love you and we see where Daniel got that special spark.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family daily.
